Heinde & Verre means “near and far”. The name pays homage to the Dutch culinary tradition of sourcing the best ingredients worldwide and combining these with quality local produce. We use slow food techniques such as stone grinding, in-house developped split-roast technique and aging of the chocolate mass to develop the full potential of the grand cru cacao as well as to express its rich natural flavour. As a result, the renowned Academy of Chocolate has awarded Heinde & Verre 20 times including The Golden Bean 2024 for its chocolate.
