1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Blik op Cacao. The terms and conditions are accessible via the Blik op Cacao website. Upon request, a written copy will be provided.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these delivery and payment terms. Blik op Cacao reserves the right to amend its delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiry of the offer period.

1.3 Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, any general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are not recognised by Blik op Cacao.

1.4 Blik op Cacao guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet the specifications stated in the offer.

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

2.2 In accordance with distance selling regulations, Blik op Cacao will execute orders within a maximum of 10 daysunless otherwise stated. If this is not possible (for example, due to products being out of stock or unavailable), or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be informed within 10 days after placing the order. In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.

2.3 The delivery obligation of Blik op Cacao is fulfilled once the products have been offered to the customer at least once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier’s delivery report will serve as proof of delivery attempt.

2.4 All delivery times stated in the order confirmation email are indicative. No rights can be derived from these stated periods.

2.5 Blik op Cacao uses external delivery services for shipping orders. Certain shipments may be sent as letterbox packages without track & trace. Shipping of such packages is entirely at the customer’s risk. Items that do not arrive cannot be credited.

2.6 If the customer specifies a preferred delivery date, Blik op Cacao will ship the order one working day prior to that date. Late delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund of the order or shipping costs.

2.7 Blik op Cacao is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by internal distribution issues within organisations such as companies, hospitals, institutions, or reception desks.

2.8 If a parcel is refused by the recipient for any reason, it will be returned by the delivery service. In the case of large organisations, the organisation itself is considered the recipient.

2.9 Blik op Cacao is not responsible for incorrectly provided address details. If an incorrect address is supplied, the order will be delivered to the address provided or returned by the carrier. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices will not be increased during the offer period unless required by law or due to interim price increases by suppliers or manufacturers.

3.2 All prices listed on the website are subject to typographical and printing errors. Blik op Cacao accepts no liability for the consequences of such errors.

3.3 All prices are stated in EURO and include applicable VAT. The applicable VAT rate may differ depending on the product or service offered.

3.4 If discount codes are used, Blik op Cacao reserves the right to verify the correct application of the discount. In the event of incorrect use, Blik op Cacao may cancel the order.

4. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

4.1 Due to the nature of the products sold by Blik op Cacao, returns and refunds are not possible. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

4.2 In the event of damage, incorrect delivery, or serious quality issues, the customer must contact Blik op Cacao as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt of the order.

4.3 Complaints can be submitted by email, including a clear description of the issue and, where applicable, supporting photos. Blik op Cacao will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.

4.4 Submitting a complaint does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or replacement. Any compensation or solution offered is at the sole discretion of Blik op Cacao.
