Mesjokke - Natural Blonde

Where do I come from?

I contain natural cocoa butter from Öko Caribe in San Francisco de Macorís, Dominican Republic. This natural cocoa butter gives me my irresistible, deep flavor. Öko Caribe is run by Adriano and Gualberto, who work with 180 small cacao farmers that receive a much higher price for their cacao, from which my fine cocoa butter is pressed. I am flavored with wild fennel from The Good Spice, who approach the spice trade in the same way Mesjokke approaches cacao: higher quality, fair prices, and a short supply chain. Finally, I was expertly blended and tempered in the Mesjokke chocolate factory.
