Where do I come from?

That varies a few times a year. The team at Mesjokke is constantly searching for beautiful aromas and flavors in cacao. Once they find the perfect one, it is chosen as the base for the newest Limited Edition in the series. In the Utrecht Mesjokke factory, the cacao is then carefully roasted, de-shelled, ground, and tempered.
