Once they find the perfect one, it is chosen as the base for the newest Limited Edition in the series. In the Utrecht Mesjokke factory, the cacao is then carefully roasted, de-shelled, ground, and tempered.

- Profile: Rich chocolate with notes of balsamic, pleasant acidity, spices, and lots of warmth
