Chovali - Costa Rica 70%

The cacao from Nahua Cacao comes from the fertile lands of Costa Rica and is produced by specially selected farmers. They receive support from Nahua Cacao regarding reforestation and promoting sustainable agriculture.

Through a carefully monitored process, the beans are fermented in large wooden boxes for 5–6 days. They are then sun-dried in special “greenhouses” and, after about 10 days of drying, packaged by Nahua Cacao in 50 kg bags.
